It's always so exciting to see how God answers, especially things like this to encourage kids - and He so often does that! And it so often encourages me even more than them! :) Thank you so much for sharing this.Kaye - SandwichINKhttp://www.sandwichink.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6198749013600097839.post-49720048356139336702009-04-15T22:44:00.000-07:002009-04-15T22:44:00.000-07:00what a awesome honest post and just what i needed ...what a awesome honest post and just what i needed to read...

i have always wondered they same thing, always wondered when people said God will heal if I have faith and then when it did not happened wondered if my faith was not strong enough...

but i always remind myself that we only need faith the size of a mustard seed and that God knows what is best for me

xxxCharnèhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12988073781179586963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6198749013600097839.post-12558633859088578152009-04-15T14:19:00.000-07:002009-04-15T14:19:00.000-07:00I adore a child's faith. God has truly blessed you through this. He created you to be able to withstand it. Even though it does not seem like at times like you will make it through another day. Trust me I know what it is like to suffer and have no idea what the cause and beg God to understand the reason why.

But you have been and still are being refined like pure gold or precious gems. The fire you have walked through only makes you shine brighter, become stronger, and be even purer as a result of the testing. Think of all the people who have been blessed because of the suffering you have walked through. Would they have survived the trials they experienced had you not been walking through the valley with them? Would you have the empathy or level of compassion that you have had you not been tempered by the trials you have experienced?

God did not ask you if you would walk down this path, but he made you to survive it. He provided you with people and the support you needed to make it through. We may not understand why God heals others and lets the rest of us continue to struggle, but I have come to peace with my plight with the understanding that if because of my suffering I can help someone else survive one day of theirs, it is not too much for God to have asked me to endure.

Keep on going. Your faith is not weak by any means. By accepting that God is sovereign and you must submit to his will above your own desire is the greatest faith of all.

John DonahueAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6198749013600097839.post-79928823547882905312009-04-10T12:18:00.000-07:002009-04-10T12:18:00.000-07:00Amen, Jenni.Amen, Jenni.Sophy Nextdoorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06497203134629769077noreply@blogger.com
